Your dual study programme in Business Administration with the focus on Project Management paves the way for a future-oriented career in project management. During your studies, you will immerse yourself in the world of project management and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully plan, implement and control complex projects both nationally and internationally.
You will explore the fundamentals of project management and gain insights into innovative approaches and methods such as design thinking.
Through modules such as programme management and project controlling, you will learn how to manage projects efficiently and monitor their progress to ensure they stay on time and within budget.
Practice-orientated projects and simulations will allow you to put your skills to the test and gain valuable experience that will prepare you for the real demands of professional life.
You will also deepen your understanding of the special features of international project management by familiarising yourself with topics such as global trade strategies and intercultural management.
You will take your specialisation modules from the 6th semester onwards.
