With the IU Nutritional Sciences degree programme, your thirst for knowledge is satisfied. You will learn to understand and to evaluate biochemical and nutritional relationships. In this way, you can develop an effective nutrition plan, for example. We will build you up as an expert in nutrition. This also includes aspects of Food Law and the Sociology of Nutrition. You will also take modules such as Biochemistry of Nutrition, Hygiene and Toxicology or Merchandise Science and Bromatology.
