In our Culinary Management programme, you will learn how to create successful gastronomy concepts, calculate the price for a complete buffet and everything that is important in terms of hygiene and quality management. These are ideal prerequisites for a managerial position in the marketing or personnel department of large hotels or trendy restaurants.
The content of the Food Management dual degree programme is supplemented by a 10 ECTS elective. For this, you take courses from the distance learning programme.
