You can complete your Bachelor's degree in Personalmanagement in one of our two study models, depending on the study location: The dual study programme or the dual myStudium. Content of the dual study program Personalmanagement
The dual study program in Human Resources Management teaches you how to find the best talent and retain them in your company in the long term, as well as how to effectively support flexible work processes. In the dual study program in Human Resources Management, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of the fundamentals and legal aspects of human resources management, supplemented by business and economic know-how. You will also develop important interdisciplinary skills in areas such as project management and business English in order to be able to hold your own in modern HR work.

HR MANGER
As a Human Resources Manager, you will take care of all the personnel matters of a company. You write job advertisements, read applications and conduct interviews. You conduct employee interviews and salary negotiations with existing employees, draw up personnel plans and organise further training measures. In addition, you write references for employees who will be leaving the company.
EMPLOYER BRANDING SPECIALIST / HR MARKETING
In HR marketing, you will ensure that your company is perceived as an attractive employer. Your goal is to retain current employees and attract new skilled workers. By authentically presenting the company - for instance on the careers page, in recruiting films or at trade fairs - you encourage prospective employees to apply for a position at your employer.
CHANGE MANAGER
As a Change Manager, you will guide the company's employees through major change processes. These can be technical, strategic or operational changes. You are not only an important contact person for colleagues, management, external consultants and clients, but also carry out impact analyses, monitor the progress of the change and determine which business units will be part of the change.
