Mobile working or agile organisational structures: the working world is changing rapidly. Does this sound exciting to you because you are interested in human resources and like working with people? Then start your career with a dual degree in Human Resource Management. You will not only deal with the basics of business administration but also with topics such as new work, Leadership 4.0 or personnel services and consulting. In addition, you will deal with the legal aspects of Human Resource Management in your dual degree programme. This know-how will make you an important factor in the company's success.
