“Church and carnival” – this is the image Cologne uses to promote itself all around the world. But the city has a lot more to offer than its famous cathedral and its carnival, like its many popular excursion destinations nearby. Among others, the Cologne Zoo, the nearby amusement park "Phantasialand" or the Rhine, where you can just relax or take a boat tour. As you can see, Cologne is perfect for a dual study programme.
The Eifel and Sauerland regions also offer recreational opportunities, as do its numerous city parks and green spaces. Had enough rest, looking for some action? The campus of IU’s dual study programme in Cologne offers everything you need for successful studies: a family atmosphere, modern facilities and plenty of opportunities to enjoy yourself outside of the lectures.
