One portal, many benefits

The IU company portal makes managing existing students and searching for new students even more convenient for you: for example, you can view your students' academic year schedules at any time or, if necessary, independently screen applicants.


We are pleased to provide you with access to our company portal. You can find out which exclusive functions and benefits await you in our company portal in the video (in German) and the following paragraphs.

Find new students independently

Find suitable candidates for your vacancies:

  • You will immediately receive suggestions of suitable applicants.

  • You can look through the applicants' profiles at your leisure.

  • You can contact the applicants directly or inform the Student Advisory Service that you would like to arrange an interview.

Manage existing students

Keep track of your students and their documents:

  • You can call up your students' contracts with just a few clicks.

  • You receive an overview of information such as the semester, location and course of study of your students.

  • You have the option of viewing the current academic year schedules.

Edit company profile

Have your contact details changed? Simply edit your profile yourself:

  • Update your master data without having to contact the Student Advisory Service.

  • Enter the contact persons responsible for your dual students.

  • This way, you can also give other employees at your company access to the portal.

Access to IU company portal

Would you like to use the IU company portal? This is how it works:

1: Request access

Contact the Student Advisory Service to gain access to the company portal.

2: Receive e-mail

You will receive an e-mail from us asking you to enter your personal access data in the IU company portal. As soon as your company has access, you can assign as many accesses to colleagues as you wish.

3: Set access data

Click on the link in the e-mail we sent you and enter your access data. If you have not received the e-mail or have deleted it, please contact your personal student advisor.

4: Get started

You've done it! You have your personal access to the IU company portal and can benefit from the advantages. If you still have questions: We are here for you!
