In the Academia team, you will experience a dissolution of boundaries between students, education and industry. Common ideas and visions are created and put into practice in cooperation. As a professor, lecturer, author or tutor, you will be able to develop further in the academic field and help shape the future of education. 

In the Tech & Engineering team, you will be able to go beyond boundaries and develop the digital form of education. They are looking for mobile, independent and easily accessible solutions where you can let your creativity run wild.   

You can be part of a brand that changes the world! The Marketing & Communications team will open doors for you in PR, Brand & Design, Content and Online & Performance Marketing, where you will be able to develop your individuality and creativity.   

In the Sales team, inquisitive students will await you, to whom you will introduce the world of IU and accompany them on their path. In the dual studies programme, you will also be in close contact with our practice partners. 

In the Student Services team, you will be seen as a guide for the students and will be able to support them in making the right preparations, as well as being active in study coaching. In addition, we are looking for colleagues in administration and in the student secretariat. 

In the Corporate Functions team, you will facilitate the best learning experience by constantly measuring and improving effectiveness and performance across all functions. Your tasks can be in Purchasing, Finance & Controlling, but also in Accounting and HR. There is also always something to do in Law or Real Estate.  

In the trainee programme, you will be able to combine your Master's degree with work experience and work on exciting projects. You will gain valuable professional experience and will be able to apply your theoretical knowledge directly as a trainee
